Privacy Notice

We collect your account email address, birth date, a securely hashed password, session information, creation briefs and lyrics you submit, generated audio and related project records, credit balance and ledger records, and support messages you send us. We use your birth date only to apply our minimum-age rule; it is not public or used to personalize music.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number; we retain the Stripe transaction identifiers needed to provide credits and handle billing support.

We use this information to create and secure your account, generate and store your music, provide credits and payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain and improve the service.

We use service providers to operate nTune, including Railway for application hosting and database infrastructure, Cloudflare R2 for private audio storage, Stripe for payment processing, and an AI music-generation provider for requested music generation. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, support, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@nfinitemindai.com. Privacy laws in your location may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

nTune is a general-audience service for people aged 13 and older; it is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe this has happened, contact us at support@nfinitemindai.com.
