Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use nTune. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service and agree to these Terms. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account with anyone else.

As between you and nTune, you own the audio you generate through your account. nTune assigns to you any right, title, and interest it may have in that output. You may use, edit, distribute, publish, monetize, and license your output without paying nTune royalties or obtaining a separate license from nTune.

This does not promise that an output is exclusive, globally copyrightable, or free from all third-party claims. Copyright and platform rules vary by country and by the degree of human authorship. You remain responsible for the material you provide, your intended release, and any registrations or clearances you choose to pursue.

You may submit only material you have the right to use. Do not use nTune to infringe copyright, impersonate a performer, create unlawful or deceptive content, or violate another person's privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not upload or request material that you are not authorized to use.

A creation credit produces one generation session with two candidate takes. New accounts receive one promotional credit. Paid credits are sold through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout and are added after Stripe confirms payment. Contact us about a billing problem at support@nfinitemindai.com.

nTune uses third-party infrastructure and an AI music provider. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular output, or that generated audio will meet a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or operation of the service. We may update these Terms as the service develops; material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nTune is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. For support or legal notices, contact support@nfinitemindai.com.
